The big 2,000 engine, which has more torque than the smaller engines, revs free and nicely up through the rpm’s and combined with the lsd and the higher gear end ratio, which is exclusive for the 2000 model, you have a car which performs very well on twisty back roads but is also capable of doing a longer stretch on the high way at good speed. And you will never get bored listening to the intake sound from the double carburetors. Matched with a splendid road holding this is a real drivers car.
The interior is nice, original and well preserved and completes the picture of a nice “Pocket GT” from a golden period of Alfa Romeo. Today the situation for spare parts is really good for these models, which makes it quite reasonable and uncomplicated to run and enjoy the car.
