Only 318 of these magnificent Flaminias where manufactured. It is the top of the line GTL, ‘L’ for ‘Lungo’ with extended wheelbase and the big 2.8 liter V6 with 3 carb set up. Built by Carrozzeria Touring of Milan as a Superleggera construction in aluminium, this was as expensive as an Aston Martin when new. This car underwent a complete ‘nut & bolt’ restoration at a cost of more than 55.000 Euro and must be one of the best Flaminias in existence. Is has only seen very little use since restoration and the discriminating buyer will not find a nicer one. A true gentlemans Grand Tourer at a fraction of the cost it would take to duplicate this. Backseat that easily accomodates a couple of children and plenty of space for luggage makes this beautiful Flaminia enjoyable for the family as well. One of Lancia’s finest.
