Euro 26.500
The Berlina was the top model of the 4 doors Alfa Romeo, and with engines of 1.8 and 2.0 liters replaced the Giulia, only made with the 1.3 – 1.6 engine. The longer wheelbase provided a roomier cabin suitable for the whole family, who quickly and comfortably travelled on the autostrada in typical Italian elegance.
The Berlina share technology with the other well-known 105 family cars, including the Spider & Bertone coupe, giving us the fine “Nord” all aluminum engine with dual carburetors, 5-speed gearbox, disc brakes on all 4 wheels and in the 2000 model even a LSD on the rear axle. The design is classic and elegant as it should be in a noble Italian car, and inside the cabin high quality textile on the large seats are accompanied with a well-equipped dashboard. Furthermore our car quite unusually is equipped with factory-fitted air conditioning.
This car has an extensive history file, and was portraited in the Motor Classic magazine, having been owned by the same Danish family for over 40 years. The car has spent a large part of its life in Rome and has been well taken care of. The good Rome climate has suitable for the car, and still today it present itself extremely original and well maintained.
When the car arrived here, we chose to have it completely re-painted in the original color Bianco Spino as the paint had gradually faded. Of course it was given the best possible bare metal high quality paint, and at the same time some minor body repairs was carried out. Our car therefore present itself really nice and in a condition rare to find. The car is a joy to drive, it still feels fresh and agile on the road.
